This was my first time eating here. Someone suggested the Euclid location to me, but they were closed so I found myself at this location. I'm so glad we came here! Our server was Noel and he was fantastic. Customer service is huge for me and Noel was so attentive!! He was so kind and personable, genuinely interested in our day as he asked if we had been to the beach, (we were reeking of sun block lol).

Food was good staff friendly, but fuel island refused to take mobile coupon and if on mobile coupon app as a place that takes them they should honor them. Asked cashier why they were on list, she said she didn't know but boss wouldn't let them accept them. She asked do you still want them? He'll no!

There's not enough parking and half of their fuel islands are down for some major project (as of July 2018). But they have a sizable game room, convenience store, and food court. The sit-down restaurant is good and they have lots of showers. Security is really good; pedestrians must enter through the main building or the security gate. Good security is important in this neighborhood.

I’m giving 3 stars because of our positive experience in the restaurant. We’ve been here many times and have always received good service. When we went to the Travel Store to get our parking pass we were schooled like disobedient children for eating in the restaurant before checking in at the store. When I stated to Carol Lee, behind the counter, that we needed our restaurant receipt to get our parking pass she continued to berate us and then sent me back to the restaurant to get the “correct” copy of the receipt with the bar code on it. She was still schooling my husband when I came back with the receipt and I said that was enough and that she was rude as hell. The other girl behind the counter then called security and said I was yelling and creating a scene. We had our pass and we’re leaving at that point. It’s a parking lot. If they want people to check in they should have someone outside doing that. I’m angry and embarrassed. Wish we didn’t have to come back here.

I’ve never had a problem finding parking here. Probably because the parking fee ($20 for 24 hrs) drives away more thrifty drivers. Who knows. The showers are functional. The Burger King is above average. The exercise room has a pull-up bar. There is a large shopping center about a mile away. Just take the pedestrian path north across I-10.
